7-Day Return Policy

At Elaven, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product must be no more than 1% used.

The item must be undamaged and in original condition.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the box and any included materials.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, the product must be shipped back to us.

After inspection and approval, payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

No Questions Asked

If the above conditions are met, your return will be accepted with no questions asked.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that are used beyond 1%

• Damaged items

• Items without original packaging
